Past life session.. Complete blankness in life.. My Self is evaporated. I am stuck in my present life, why ? A lady doctor, 36 married came up with the above lines. She did not have cordial relationship with her father since childhood. Husband is a good man and earns well but she couldn’t connect with him. She has feeling of sadness together with anger. Regression: It is 1920. I am a young girl from a well to do family. My father loves me more than my younger brother. I am 6. My father is murdered in front of whole family. Now we shift to a very small place due to scarcity of money. My brother falls into bad company. I am 18. I am married to a 65 year old man for three (3) gold coins (clearly visualized gold coins). The old man has a wife of his age living in a single room far away. Both of them are sick and die within the time span of 6 months after my marriage. I am totally isolated and stuck in the house for the last 15 years. I never come out of the house. After many years my brother comes to meet. I am not able to connect with him. There is an emotional blankness in me. He returned back soon. I die at the age of 34 years after living all alone. I am buried. My brother is there. Everyone left but my brother is still sitting there with head bowed down in agony. It is raining heavily. I feel I am sitting near my brother looking at him. I couldn’t forgive him because he did not stand by me when needed the most. She moved up after a lot of healing. In LBL (Life between Lives): Master light came (orange color) and healed her for a long time. Guidance given was: Have faith, do not get angry and forgive Re-Orientation: I had an intense feeling that I am stuck up at one place for 15 years. Feeling of Self is evaporated in current life corresponds to a long hollow past life. Brother in past life is father at present. She felt disharmony in relationship with father since childhood. After three weeks of PLR session…..The feeling of belonging came within three days…now she has better feelings for her father, not that much hurts now….Within two weeks husband came to take her along. She went happily with him.

It is morning time and I am going to my farm. I give instructions to people working for me. People respect me. I am rich. It is evening and I am drinking at the liquor shop. Now I am going back to home. It is a very old time period. Liquor is not of good quality. My health is bad. My kids are married. I am nearly 75 years of age. I am bed ridden. Only my daughter takes care of me. I died due to my bad health. My body is cremated. My daughter is crying and she is very sad. Lesson learnt: I should not have taken liquor. Unexplained pain linked to curse in past life. PLR session of a medical student who carried guilt of topping in her academics. She felt sad on receiving appreciation & awards. She felt unexplained back pain like a heavy burden on back. MRI reports are normal. SESSION……….. It is very ancient time. I am a saint living in an ashram. My parents sent me here in childhood. There is very strict discipline and rules. We have to obey our teachers. I am a bright student of Shastras. I get important responsibilities as I am growing. I do not like this place. A man in the ashram is stealing something. His young son aged 6-7 years is also with him. I caught him and informed the teacher in-charge. The teacher asked me to go outside ashram along with the man and tell people. He is crying. I am feeling very bad. He is very poor. But here I have to obey the teacher. I go out along with the man and tell people. People start beating him and his son is watching in fear. The man is looking at me. He tells me that you are very cruel. You are so learned but you did not give one chance. I was stealing under compulsion to feed my hungry son. He cursed me. People beat him to death. I am very angry with myself and repent. Teacher tells me I lack courage. I lost interest in all my activities. I am depressed. I always feel lot of burden on my back. His curse got stuck on my back. I get nervous when on any duty because now I doubt my Judgement. I am not able to forget the man and his curse. I feel guilty when others appreciate my knowledge of Shastras. After few years like this I decide to go back to my parents. They are very old and died after few years. I live alone. I die at old age. The last thought was of man’s curse and I was feeling a heavy burden on my back. Guided to master light she prayed for forgiveness. Her soul felt that she is forgiven. REORIENTATION…….. Immediately after the session she felt lightness on the back. Approximately after two years of the session, she came to meet me after her final year result. She had topped and felt so good. She also got relieved of her back pain after the session. She told that now I am very ambitious about my career and am able to enjoy my results& awards.

CDT for OCD.... What is obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)? Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder characterized by uncontrollable, unwanted thoughts and ritualized, repetitive behaviors you feel compelled to perform. If you have OCD, you probably recognize that your obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors are irrational—but even so, you feel unable to resist them and break free. Like a needle getting stuck on an old record, OCD causes the brain to get stuck on a particular thought or urge. For example, you may check the stove 20 times to make sure it’s really turned off, or wash your hands until they’re scrubbed raw. While you don't derive any sense of pleasure from performing these repetitive behaviors, they may offer some passing relief for the anxiety generated by the obsessive thoughts. You may try to avoid situations that trigger or worsen your symptoms or self-medicate with alcohol or drugs. But while it can seem like there’s no escaping your obsessions and compulsions, there are plenty of things you can do to help yourself and regain control of your thoughts and actions. OCD obsessions and compulsions Obsessions are involuntary thoughts, images, or impulses that occur over and over again in your mind. You don’t want to have these ideas, but you can’t stop them. Unfortunately, these obsessive thoughts are often disturbing and distracting. Compulsions are behaviors or rituals that you feel driven to act out again and again. Usually, compulsions are performed in an attempt to make obsessions go away. For example, if you’re afraid of contamination, you might develop elaborate cleaning rituals. However, the relief never lasts. In fact, the obsessive thoughts usually come back stronger. And the compulsive rituals and behaviors often end up causing anxiety themselves as they become more demanding and time-consuming. This is the vicious cycle of OCD. OCD cycle Most people with OCD fall into one of the following categories: Washers are afraid of contamination. They usually have cleaning or hand-washing compulsions. Checkers repeatedly check things (oven turned off, door locked, etc.) that they associate with harm or danger. Doubters and sinners are afraid that if everything isn’t perfect or done just right something terrible will happen, or they will be punished. Counters and arrangers are obsessed with order and symmetry. They may have superstitions about certain numbers, colors, or arrangements. Hoarders fear that something bad will happen if they throw anything away. They compulsively hoard things that they don't need or use. They may also suffer from other disorders, such as depression, PTSD, compulsive buying, kleptomania, ADHD, skin picking, or tic disorders. OCD signs and symptoms Just because you have obsessive thoughts or perform compulsive behaviors does NOT mean that you have obsessive-compulsive disorder. With OCD, these thoughts and behaviors cause tremendous distress, take up a lot of time (at least one hour per day), and interfere with your daily life and relationships. Most people with obsessive-compulsive disorder have both obsessions and compulsions, but some people experience just one or the other. Common obsessive thoughts in OCD include: Fear of being contaminated by germs or dirt or contaminating others Fear of losing control and harming yourself or others Intrusive sexually explicit or violent thoughts and images Excessive focus on religious or moral ideas Fear of losing or not having things you might need Order and symmetry: the idea that everything must line up “just right” Superstitions; excessive attention to something considered lucky or unlucky Common compulsive behaviors in OCD include: Excessive double-checking of things, such as locks, appliances, and switches Repeatedly checking in on loved ones to make sure they’re safe Counting, tapping, repeating certain words, or doing other senseless things to reduce anxiety Spending a lot of time washing or cleaning Ordering or arranging things “just so” Praying excessively or engaging in rituals triggered by religious fear Accumulating “junk” such as old newspapers or empty food containers OCD symptoms in children While the onset of obsessive-compulsive disorder usually occurs during adolescence or young adulthood, younger children sometimes have symptoms that look like OCD. However, the symptoms of other disorders, such as ADHD, autism, and Tourette’s syndrome, can also look like obsessive-compulsive disorder, so a thorough medical and psychological exam is essential before any diagnosis is made. OCD self-help tip 1: Learn how to resist OCD rituals No matter how overwhelming your OCD symptoms seem, there are many ways you can help yourself. One of the most powerful strategies is to eliminate the compulsive behaviors and rituals that keep your obsessions going. Don’t avoid your fears. It might seem smart to avoid the situations that trigger your obsessive thoughts, but the more you avoid them, the scarier they feel. Instead, expose yourself to your OCD triggers, then try to resist or delay the urge to complete your relief-seeking compulsive ritual. If resistance gets to be too hard, try to reduce the amount of time you spend on your ritual. Each time you expose yourself to your trigger, your anxiety should lessen and you’ll start to realize that you have more control (and less to fear) than you contact us for CDT ...

My feet are full of mud. It is very difficult to run. He catches me. I fell and my head hit a stone. He is molesting me. I am crying with pain. There is severe pain in my head also. He is hurting my body. Now he is running away. I am lying in the mud with traumatized body and head injury. I am dead. It is very dark. Baba & Aye along with villagers are searching for me. They found me after a long time. Nobody knows about the man who hurt me. My Aye is crying. They bring my body to the village and cremate me. My last thought was my Baba and Aye.
